  I ordered my pizza around 5 pm in the afternoon. They said it would take 40 mins to deliver. At 6 pm I called to find out where the pizza was and was told ours was the next up. When the pizza wasn't there by 7 pm I called again and was told our order was cancelled. When someone finally talked to a manger they said the order would be delivered in another hour. When the pizza wasn't here at 8 pm I called to cancel the order. They lady on the phone was very nice and assured me that our meal was free, but that they would still deliver the pizza since it was already out for delivery. At 9 pm the pizza was still not here and I received a phone call letting me know the store was out of dough. The only thing I can recommend about this Pizza Hut is that the people I talked to on the phone were polite. However, in 4 hours they could not get the pizza to us and then ran out of dough. This is not the first time this has happened with this particular branch. We had a similar experience last month. It seems that if the store is busy you are out of luck. I hope others have a better experience than we did. In the mean time, we will be taking our business to Dominoes.

  If I could give them no stars iwould. Wait forever for my Pizza. When I called, everyone I spoke with over the phone was rude also. We'll see if I get my refund, but I will definitely be ordering get else where next time.
