  We ordered the 14 piece spicy chicken strips. And they gave us mixed chicken instead and when we told them all they did was put the wrong order back in the tray with the fresh chicken. And they were running out of spicy chicken so they mixed it with spicy and original like we weren't going to notice. Say hi to our friend that eats the crumbs off the floor.. A mouse... Legit. Floor is always greasy, crumbs all over the floor and to top it all off no napkins for easy access and when you ask for napkins they consider it a joke and mumble under their breath and laugh. The two managers think it's a big game to get it wrong or to bring the order to us when all you want is your order right the first time. NEVER going back there for sure.

  Worst service on the planet. The male manager was more concerned with making a trip to the bank than ensuring customers were served in a speedy manner. When I told the young man running the drive thru register that my order was incorrect he was very rude and very loud. I could almost bet money that he spit on my food!

  This place is the worst! I go on a saturday night to get chicken and they dont gave any and they were closing bc of it! Also i forgot to order a pepper and the girl refused to let me add it on at the window! Since freds gone this place has went down hill dont bother going there!
