My large order of cookies was packaged and ready to go, but they verified everything with me and even asked if I wanted to exchange the vanilla frosting on the gluten free cookies to a festive green with red sprinkles. And then, they asked if I would prefer red ribbon on the cookie boxes instead of their normal blue. These people go above and beyond to help customers.July 16, 2016
