- 1 / 5By Cherise RahnI am a FREQUENT customer of this location. I always get the same thing and the employees recognize me. Well last night I came in near closing time and bought 3 almond pretzels. Got them home about 20 miles away and they were so burnt I couldn't eat them. I returned them today for replacement and Hector and Cj? Maybe Aj.... wanted to argue with me about them telling me the taste the same and I purchased them the day before and didn't want to help me. Then they told me to wait 10-30 minutes to make new ones. I said "there's 2 right there in the case" they said "but other people are waiting"
Are you kidding me? What kind of customer service is that? I'm not happy and I won't be back! Period! Shame on you Aunti Anne's for letting your employees treat people like that!September 05, 2016
