- 1 / 5By Erin BurchHorrendous service by the actual server. She should probably find a different job. Restaurant was not very busy, so no excuse. We sat for over 20 minutes after we were seated and had several waiters walk right by us and never once stopped. Finally the manager, who was great, came up and asked if we'd been helped. When our waitress brought our drinks, my husband got the wrong beer. The manager walked by and noticed he was given the wrong beer and rectified it. The manager took full responsibility for the problems, but we did not blame him. We were assigned a waitress and she clearly can't do her job. As far as the management, superb. The chef was outstanding too, he actually cooked a medium rare steak to perfection.April 27, 2017

We had ordered a burger with lettuce and tomato when we got no tomato no lettuce was fast to fix it with no problems. Food was good service was not up to par with other Applebee's I have been to.
